All students and staff have been given the afternoon off to attend the event. We therefore expect a high turnout of staff and students.

Yes, the event is wheelchair accessible.

The event takes place both indoors and outdoors. Indoors, you will find the Inspiration talks in R5, R11, R13, and the large tent in front of R13. Outdoors, there are pavilions for the (student) projects, but the walkway between the various tents and buildings is not covered by default.

We will provide a snack during the event.

Yes, this is possible. When you revisit the website (you can use the link in the email for this), you can view your choice under registration. There, you can also change your choice by selecting another talk. Don't forget to click on register at the very bottom; only then will your new selection be saved and applied.

What a bummer that you are no longer able to attend the Fontys for Society event! If you wish to cancel your registration, please go to the link in your email and return to the registration process. Go to 'Register' at the top of the website, select 'No' for the question 'Will you attend?', and then scroll down to click on 'Register'. This way, it will be recorded that you have cancelled. We hope to see you next year!

Yes, there are various photographers and videographers walking around.

Would you prefer not to be on camera? If so, please let the person taking the picture know, and they will ensure that you are not identifiable in any photos or videos.
