The Fontys for Society event brings students and staff together to inspire one another, discover new ideas, and contribute to society during an engaging festival-style event. Filled with energy, connection, and inspiration.

We warmly invite you to attend the inspiration talks, explore the projects presented by students and staff during the exhibition, and, of course, cast your vote for the Audience Award of the Fontys for Society Award! There is plenty to see and enjoy with a snack and a drink while listening to the live music.

Inspiration talks

The inspiration talks at the Fontys for Society event are all about resilience: how do you deal with change, setbacks, and uncertainty in a constantly evolving world? Each of our speakers explores this theme from their own unique perspective. Topics range from technological developments and the impact of AI on work and society to the ways young people prepare themselves for the future.

In addition, the speakers share personal stories about being given opportunities, being true to yourself, and discovering your talents. The inspiration talks demonstrate how we can navigate change and even grow stronger because of it.

Fontys for Society Awards

Discover inspiring projects by students and staff during the exhibition, showcasing their contributions to solving societal challenges. All projects have been nominated for the Fontys for Society Award and are competing for both the Jury Award and the Audience Award.
